Cushions
Custom cushions, made to order
Cushions are how a room gets finished. We make them in any size, in any fabric from our books or yours, with the pad that suits the job: feather for a sofa, foam for a bench, quick-dry for the pool.
A cushion is a small job that most upholstery companies do badly because it is small. We give it the same machinist who sews our curtains: pattern-matched fronts, piping cut on the bias, concealed zips, and a pad one size up from the cover so it sits full.
We make replacement seat and back cushions for sofas that have gone flat, using high-resilience foam wrapped in Dacron so the edges stay soft. That alone often saves a sofa from being thrown out.
What we make
Scatter cushions
40, 45, 50, 60 cm and rectangular lumbar sizes. Piped, flanged, plain or with a contrast back.
Sofa seat and back replacements
Measured from your sofa, new foam and covers, so a tired sofa sits like new.
Bench, window seat and banquette pads
Firm foam, buttoned or plain, with ties or non-slip backing.
Outdoor cushions
Sunbrella and other solution-dyed acrylics on quick-dry foam. See the outdoor page.
Majlis cushions
Floor seating backs, arm bolsters and seat pads. See the majlis page.
Bolsters and headboard cushions
Any diameter and length.
For cushions alone you are welcome to bring the old covers or measurements to the showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. For a sofa set we come to you.

Asked at most visits.
Feather, fibre or foam?
Feather-and-down for scatter cushions on a sofa you sink into; polyester fibre for a firmer, cheaper pad; foam for anything you sit on.
How long do custom cushions take?
Five to seven working days for scatter cushions in a fabric we hold; ten days for sofa seat cushions and outdoor sets.
Can you match a fabric I already have?
Bring a sample and we will match it from our books or order the same cloth if it is still in production.
