Roller blinds, blackout and sunscreen
The workhorse. A blackout roller behind a bedroom curtain, a sunscreen on a west-facing living room, a plain white roller in a kitchen.
The difference between a roller that lasts fifteen years and one that sags in two is the tube, the bracket and the fabric. We use 38 mm or 45 mm aluminium tubes on blinds over 1.8 m, steel brackets, and fabrics that are heat-set so they roll straight.
Sunscreen fabrics are rated by openness. A 1% weave blocks nearly all glare and most of the view; 5% keeps the view and still cuts the heat. We bring both to the visit so you can hold them up to your own window.

Blackout
Fully opaque, in white, cream, grey and darker shades. Fit inside the recess or over the frame with side channels for full dark.
Sunscreen
1%, 3%, 5% and 10% openness. Fire-rated versions for offices and clinics.
Cassette and fascia
Hides the roll for a built-in look; open roll where budget matters.
Oversize and linked
Up to 3 m in one blind, or two blinds linked on one chain.

Inside or outside the window recess?
Inside if the recess is deep and square, which gives the neatest result. Outside with an overlap where you want no light gaps or the recess is shallow.
