Custom sofas and upholstered furniture
When nothing in the shops is the right size, we build it. A sofa to the exact length of the wall, a curved sofa for a bay window, a banquette for a breakfast nook, a majlis in a sofa style.
Custom does not mean expensive. It means a hardwood frame built to your drawing, foam chosen for how you actually sit, and any of a few thousand fabrics. Because we are not shipping a container from abroad, the price is close to a good retail sofa and the delivery is three weeks, not three months.
We work from a sketch and a conversation. Bring a photo of a sofa you like, tell us the wall length and how deep you want to sink, and we will draw it up, quote it and build it.

We show you the frame before it is upholstered so you can sit on it and change the depth or the height of the back. Nothing is covered until you have approved the comfort.

How much does a custom sofa cost in Dubai?
As a guide, a three-seater on a hardwood frame in a mid-range fabric starts around AED 6,500. A large sectional is typically AED 12,000 to 20,000. We quote from a drawing before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Three weeks from approving the drawing and fabric. We will have the bare frame ready for you to sit-test in the second week.
What is the warranty?
Five years on the frame, two years on the foam, and the fabric manufacturer's warranty on the cloth.
